BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT -- NO INSURANCE -- NO MONEY -- $13,000 ER BILL -- WHAT DO I DO?

I know how you feel. I'm a mother of four and hppily married. But I'm trying to send my twenty year old son go to college and have no insurance for him to get the dental work that he needs done.He is strugling so much and there is nothing I can do. I can't go to work because my husband is disabled and I have a son that is bipolar. They both require a lot of my time and I'm also trying to go to school so that I may help support the family so we don't have to struggle each month. I'm going to be able to work from home when I'm if I can finish. I just want to let you know that things have to look up for the both of us so keep your chin up and remember your not alone.

CAn i tell you i know exactly how u feel. Ive been to the ER 3 times for an unknown cause and no one is figuring it out. Luckily i did have insurance at the time but now, like you i dont and i understand how u feel. I to am broke with no money, and i too am not getting any help with college, i live on my own and im statring to get scared on how i am to pay for college next year. Its rough, i work three jobs and have a heavy course load, the best thing you can do is to sign up for the help, most places call it Charitable care and it goes off your income, and if your a fulltime college student on campus it should be alot and they can go back and help pay for the bill, hospitals can't FORCE you to pay the bill, my bf has a few he hasnt paid in about a year, they just keep sending you the bill, but try for that help.
